We are looking for someone with previous experience and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out the statutory and tax activities for the assigned area and ensure timely and accurate submission of declarations to the tax office and prepare the related VAT, WHT and other tax account reconciliations.

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for tax fillings of Stamp tax, VAT return, Reverse Charge VAT, WHT, Special Consumption Tax
• Prepare Monthly Supporting Documentation Spreadsheet for the tax declarations.
• Handle IDT Account Offline Reconciliations
• Prepare the instruction for the tax payments and sending the signed instruction to the bank for the payment
• Follow up the AR invoice’s postings
• Analyse of Input VAT and Output VAT
• Prepare the petition and send to the tax office to get WHT Certificate
• Check all AP/AR invoices monthly
• Check VAT and WHT tax parameters in IBS intercompany invoices and 3rd party customers
• Post the Accruals of the Indirect Tax Returns to the Stat Ledger & Gaap Ledger
• Be responsible for Provisional Corporate income tax returns, quarterly
• Prepare annual corporate income tax return and its attachments
• Handle of Purchase (Ba) forms, monthly
• Carry out RTA Process
• Be responsible for G2S Corrections (Bank, Fixed Assets, Depreciation etc..)
• Prepare and submit the e-ledger reporting to the Government
• Keep the STAT Ledger
• Revaluate the foreign currency accounts at quarter ends
• Coordinate the Tax Team for submission of the information used for calculating Quarterly/Yearly
• Manage Contract Progress Income Process (Tax)
• Post the Accruals of Corporate Income and Advance Tax Returns to the Stat & Gaap Ledger
• Prepare responses to Tuik (Turkish Statistical Institute) Research Questionnaires, monthly, quarterly
• Support the other teams when Turkish Tax knowledge is required (new projects, ERP Changing etc..)
• Give tax Advisory to the Businesses
• Create new accounts and define alternative accounts (Turkish Accounting System)
• Prepare and submit surveys sent by Turkish authorities

Qualifications Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
• Relevant experience in tax
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (working with Microsoft Excel)
• ERP experience preferred (Oracle and SAP)

• Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail.
• Adaptable to multiple requests and daily changes.
• Strong focus on customer care and satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines and commitments
