As part of our preparation to become a stand-alone company, we are searching for a committed and experienced Tax Professional to join our team and assumes responsibility for:

What part will you play?

• Fulfill Tax Compliance: Tax return preparation,TP report preparation support, Tax audit support.
• Fulfill Tax Controlling: Tax Planning, Tax Accounting, Tax reporting, Tax risk assessment.
• Fulfill Tax Consultancy& Training.
• Fulfill Tax Governance: Preparation of Guidelines& Bulletin, Internal Audit.
• Fulfill Tax refund process: Preparation necessary documentation and follow up the entire process.
• Ensure all monthly and yearly tax payments and related bookings in SAP on time.
• Ensure the posting and correctness of personnel payrolls and related bookings on SAP e.g. (not limited to), tax, social security contributions, private health insurance contributions and deductions etc.
• Upload payroll related bank files.
• Ensure SAP postings of tax related accruals.
• Work closely with Local Accounting Responsible and support Local Accounting topics.
• Communicate with Innomotics Accounting and Tax in Head Quarter, Tax Authorities, Tax Consultants, assigned CPA, auditors, GBS (Siemens Global Business Services), Payroll Service Provider. 

What you need to make real what matters.

Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration, economics, finance, public finance or relevant faculties. 
• Knowledge of international accounting standards IFRS, SOA and Local Gaap Türkiye.
• Knowledge of Tax Code, Commercial Code Transfer Pricing Regulation and Double Tax Treaty.
• Practical experience in similar fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tax specialist.

Other knowledge:

• Microsoft Excel – advanced
