We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Long-Term Intern (1 year Full-Time) to join our team in İstanbul.
The primary objective of this role is to support the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline and intern positions. This includes posting job advertisements, conducting phone interviews, coordinating candidate interviews with Hiring Managers, and ensuring that all necessary onboarding documentation is collected for successful candidates. The role plays a key part in delivering an efficient and smooth recruitment process to meet the hiring needs of both frontline positions and internships.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for frontline positions and intern roles.
- Understand position requirements and post job openings.
- Conduct phone interviews with candidates and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by gathering necessary documents for new hires.
- Build talent pools for frontline and internship positions.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to HR team members.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation in line with processes.
Qualifications
- Preferably 4th year undergraduate student
- Able to work 5 days per week (Full-Time)
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A team player with curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset
- Good and effective communication skills
