Job Description

Summary

As an Expert System Security Administrator within Experian’s Global Security Office and Identity & Access Management (IAM) function, you will lead proactive engagement with teams to standardize IAM workflows and ensure compliance with security policies and standards. You will guide the identification and implementation of automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and governance. You will promote a structured project intake and engagement model that enables early collaboration, clear expectation setting, and delivery of access management support. You will report to the Systems Security Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support enforcement of security standards through process optimization and standardization, driving improved compliance.
  • Develop and manage a structured project intake model to allow early engagement with teams, ensuring collaboration and clear expectations.
  • Guide communication between IAM and partners to maintain understanding on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
  • Identify and lead automation projects that improve the efficiency, scalability, and security of identity lifecycle management processes.
  • Lead automation learning programs by designing training, mentoring team members, and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement in IAM automation capabilities.
  • Maintain understanding of IAM operational scope and tooling, serving as an important coordination point across technical teams to promote understanding, knowledge sharing, and integrated service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience driving adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance across IAM operations.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and translate our needs into applicable process improvements.
  • Hands-on experience implementing complex automation solutions, including AI workflows, RPA, and scripting.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage structured engagement models and project intake processes, aligning support with priorities and timelines.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs to upskill teams in automation tools and practices, promoting continuous improvement.

Ideal Qualifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

  • Advanced experience with automation platforms such as AURA (AI workflows), Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate, in that order of preference.
  • 8+ years in IT access security administration, with focus on operational execution and governance.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and maintaining automation solutions.
