Purpose: To efficiently manage customer orders, ensure accurate order processing, monitor logistics, and resolve invoice discrepancies, while achieving KPIs and maintaining compliance with SOPs to support seamless supply chain operations.
You will be responsible for:
- Receives orders from the customers
- Performs credit limit controls, collaborating with Trade Department.
- Performs order entry in the ERP system.Check all order from automatic chanel( RPA, JJCC ).
- Monitors the shipment both by communicating with
- the warehouse and on the system.
- Prioritize the shipments according to the urgencies and/or importance.
- Responsible from ensuring the shipments are performed with the right product, to the right place, with the
- right quantity, on time.
- Responsible from the solutions and/or entry of Price Difference Invoices and return invoice.
- Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on a daily basis
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience
- Fluent in English , both speaking and writing
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience or familiarity with process management and/or continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience on statistical and/or data management tools
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment
- Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills
