Job Description

Project manage the evaluation and preparation for delivery of numerous GWO Special Projects associated with the One Warranty Solution (OWS) application. This involves being the single point of contact representing the business team working with the IT team, DMS providers and other business partners as necessary for all phases of the projects- from definition to delivery depending on the project.

• Work effectively and collaborate with the IT and business teams
• Utilize knowledge of the OWS application, it’s processes and functions to support project execution
• Ensure upstream and downstream touchpoints are not impacted (e.g. interfacing applications such as GSAR, feeds such as ones from SATS, touchpoints to critical applications such as GOLDD, GSLTS, GCAMP etc.)

Qualifications

• Experience with GWO and especially the OWS application
• Proven ability to work in a global environment working with global teams as well as to drive compromises
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Root cause identification skills
• Strong analytic and decision making capabilities
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
• Project a can-do-attitude

Additional Information

• This is position requiring a candidate with deep experience and knowledge of GWO
• Strong Business & Technical background in the warranty space at Ford, especially OWS
• Thorough knowledge of automotive service operations
• Familiar with dealership warranty operations
