Inviting applications for the role of Sourcing Analyst – Domain Trainee – English – Onsite Maslak

In this role, you will be mainly responsible for indirect vendor management, and operations of the W2W procurement process to include vendor data collection, requisition/PO creation, and Holds resolution.

Responsibilities

• This role will be solely responsible for indirect vendor management and act as the focal point of contacts for the vendors and businesses on supplier relations.
• will work as the local owner for sourcing for the assigned commodity(s) and business segments. These responsibilities include the development, communication and execution of strategies to ensure realization of the business objectives for assigned commodity within the purchase family, which includes the Cost of Bill of Materials, Target Costing and Should-Be Costing activities. This may include global commodity responsibility.
• Responsible for the operations of the W2W procurement process to include vendor data collection, requisition/PO creation, and Holds resolution.
• Leading the development & execution of the local sourcing strategies that delivers a competitive advantage driving the strategic supplier initiatives. This includes supplier selection, development, and supplier consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance.
• Leading sourcing execution for assigned commodity(s) or suppliers, including full accountability for buy and meeting deflation targets.
• Performing detailed cost analysis of components & manufacturing processes used by our suppliers to ensure highest quality at the lowest cost solution.
• Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance and developing improvement strategies to ensure business needs are met.
• Partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure sourced material and services meet the needs of the business.
• Driving improvements in sourcing processes including escalations due to delivery/quality issues, invoicing/payable issues, and database management.
• •Drive sourcing strategic initiatives to ensure optimal cost productivity, fulfillment, and obsolescence/life-cycle management by leveraging standardization and latest industry practices.
• Building deep relationships with Strategic Suppliers Relationships driving early supplier engagement into client’s New Product Introduction (NPI) process, and long-term partnership for wing-to-wing product life cycle.
• Supporting & Managing Agreement & NDA Process with Sourcing Leader, Following signature process from POA
• Supplier Set-up
• Responsible for Onboarding and Off boarding all indirect suppliers to the respective systems
• Vendor data maintenance and clean-up includes activating and deactivating indirect suppliers in the system including non-PO vendors.
• Responsible for payment terms alignment and latter than logic validation, implementation and communication.
• Supplier Relationship
• Support supplier quality and delivery performance, manage resolution to ensure business needs are met and ensure suppliers are operating within the company’s compliance requirements.
• Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams.
• Reinforcing NPNP Policy and Invoice Submission Rules
• Follow up on vendors with Debit balances, Advance payment and for refund for double payments.
• Operation Processing
• Vet purchase requisitions created prior to PO being created and implement purchase contracts/supply agreements and strategies that comply with company objectives
• Requesting quotations from suppliers.
• Communicate the information of the PO to the supplier and internal users.
• In charge of PO Routing, Re-opening PO, Cancelling and Closing of POs relating to indirect vendors.
• Responsible for initiating Urgent Payment Requests (UPR), CRM Immediate pay, Prepayment/Advance requests and Special Handling Forms relating to Indirect PO Vendors.
• Hold Issue Resolution
• Responsible for resolving Holds relating to Price variance, Quantity issues, PO(Invalid/Closed/Wrong) issues, Receiving issues and vendor set-up among others indirect related issues
• Identify the root causes of the various Holds and working with relevant teams to produce solutions and implement them to reduce the Hold issues.
• GRNI Resolution
• Reviewing weekly GRNI Reports
• Ensure any aged or about to age GRNI has a clear follow up plan in accordance with GRNI Global SOP for:
• Following for Missing invoice or
• Correct receiving or
• Returning Over receipts.
• Quality Specific Goals:
• Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Knowledge and understanding of Purchasing Controls Procedure and associated Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that all purchased product and services conform to specified requirements.
• Develop and maintaining of fully qualified and compliant supply base.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields,
• Experience in Sourcing and Procurement
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC Skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Good analytical skills and detail result oriented,
• Shown Good command of Turkish and English both written and spoken,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Oracle ERP experience is an advantage.
