Job Description
- Identify and source spare parts for machines and equipment from various suppliers and manufacturers
- Maintain and expand our network of suppliers and distributors
- Collaborate with clients to understand their spare part needs and provide suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable delivery terms
- Ensure timely delivery of spare parts and monitor order fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and market dynamics
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure customer demand is fulfilled
Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial)
- Very good command of English (German is an asset)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Collaborative and customer-oriented mindset
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
