Your role and responsibilities

  • Processes customer orders in coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to ensure accurate and timely order booking and delivery.
  • Handles customer requests related to order status, changes and documentation, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure complete and efficient resolution.
  • Maintains accurate documentation and ensures that all relevant information is properly recorded in the applicable systems in line with company standards.
  • Monitors backlog and order-related data to support on-time delivery performance and continuous process improvement.
  • Ensures effective handling of post-order activities in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve order management processes and supports efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
  • Demonstrates good command of English and is fluent in Turkish.
  • A team-oriented and customer-focused profile with effective communication skills.
  • Experience working with SAP is preferred.
