Responsibilities / Tasks

We are looking for a Service Sales Engineer – Turkey Region to join our team in Izmir who will report to the Director, Service – Heating & Refrigeration Technologies Division (HRT)

The role is focused on effectively promote and sell service maintenance packages, spare parts, repairs, technical service and equipment modernization and revisions within the scope of after-sales services. Preparing and following up offers to secure orders.

We seek outstanding sales and organizational skills. We also expect an excellent communicator who understands our customer’s needs ultimately be responsible for managing and growing the HRT Service business.

  • Conducting regular customer visits and technical discussions to identify opportunities and grow the after-sales business.
  • Responsible for selling service level agreements, spare parts, modernization, repairs and upgrades.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and ensure successful order closure
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand customer needs and tailor service solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and industry networking
  • Identify marketing activities plans to identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers and promote expanded sales coverage. Conducting market research and analysis
  • Pre-qualifying sales leads and developing sales opportunities
  • Reviewing RFQs and clarifying customer requirements
  • Preparing and presenting technical and sales presentations
  • Continually updating SAP & CRM and forecast lists.
  • Collaborating with Business Unit during contract negotiations including terms and conditions and pricing

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Electronics Engineering or any related technological science, preferably in the field of cooling and refrigeration technologies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or similar engineering service fields.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage customer relationships.
  • Experience using SAP & CRM systems and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and commercial awareness.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
  • Must be willing/able to travel to visit customers, potential clients, tradeshows and industry functions – requires approximately 60% travel
  • Detail-oriented and have a demonstrated ability to provide timely feedback to both internally and externally.
