Country Marketing & Sales Manager, ELSE
The work model for the role is: {onsite}
Working within the EMEA Region, Electrification, Services, the Account Manager develops, implements and updates the account strategy for EMEA Region in Adana province from the customer’s perspective. In this role, you will coordinate sales activities, creating added value for the customer and ABB, with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Your role and responsibilities
- Analyze customer business needs and identify opportunities for ABB’s service solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve defined targets in the assigned market.
- Utilize installed base data to generate and pursue new service sales opportunities.
- Promote the full service portfolio, including upgrades and value-added solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales actions.
- Represent ABB at marketing events and ensure effective communication of service offerings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, safe, and cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications for the role
- University degree in Electrical Engineering,
- At least 8 years of experience in field service and/or service sales in relevant markets,
- Good knowledge in medium & low voltage products, systems, solutions and related operation, maintenance,
- Excellent command of written & spoken Turkish & English,
- Action oriented, communicate effectively, customer and market orientation, innovative, problem solving, team work oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling.
