Join our Team

Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Food & Beverage Server Assistant to join our dynamic F&B team.

In this important role, you will support the restaurant service team by ensuring that all areas, materials, and equipment are clean, well-stocked, and ready for operation. You will help maintain smooth service flow, assist waiters during busy periods, and contribute to creating the warm and professional dining experience that defines Four Seasons hospitality.

What you will do:

• Prepare and organize all materials and equipment required for daily restaurant service.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the back-of-house and service areas at all times.
• Clean and restock beverage fridges, coffee machines, and service stations.
• Actively assist with pre-service preparations, including setting up bread baskets, butter trays, candles, hot/cold towels, and beverage stations.
• Safely transport used and clean materials to and from the appropriate departments.
• Support waiters during service, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Retrieve ordered dishes from the kitchen and ensure proper serving temperature and presentation.
• Assist in setting up and clearing buffets or banquet events when needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules and handle all restaurant equipment with care.
• Report any accidents, damages, or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
• Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
• Participate in required trainings and departmental meetings.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Outlet Manager.

What you bring:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Good communication skills and a helpful, team-oriented attitude.
• Basic command of English (spoken and understanding).
• Ability to lift, carry, and move tables, chairs, and light service equipment safely.
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
