Senior Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers.
• Manage end-to-end STLC processes.
• Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.
• Define test strategies for complex projects.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Pursue opportunities to improve delivery quality and efficiency within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering fields.
• 4+ years of software testing or test automation experience.
• Experience in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java etc.
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following: Web technologies, Mobile technologies, Embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium etc.
• Ability to develop test automation structure from scratch using test automation frameworks (pytest, TestNG, Cucumber, Robot Framework etc. )
• Experience in DevOps practices (Continuous Integration, Jenkins)
• Experience in Version Control Systems (Git)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum Framework and Issue Management Tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of intellectual horsepower
• Eager to follow, learn and apply new technologies and innovations
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
