A Senior Sales Engineer is a strategic, quota-carrying sales leader who drives commercial success by aligning customer business objectives with high-impact, value-driven solutions. Leveraging deep industry expertise and a consultative approach, they articulate the differentiated value of Eaton’s offerings and how these solutions accelerate customer outcomes.

This role leads complex sales engagements, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration with technical subject matter experts to design and deliver tailored solutions. The Senior Channel Sales Engineer also champions the adoption of Eaton’s and customers’ digital ecosystems—including eCommerce platforms, support portals, and enablement tools—to maximize customer self-sufficiency and long-term value realization.

They proactively identify growth opportunities within the channel, mentor junior sales engineers, and contribute to shaping go-to-market strategies that strengthen Eaton’s competitive position.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategically identify and qualify high-potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to maximize sales and market penetration within your assigned territory.
  • Prepare and plan customer calls with a focus on strategic objectives and long-term relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans to drive long-term strategic customer relationships and business growth.
  • Showcase Eaton’s products and solutions through impactful presentations and demonstrations that highlight strategic value.
  • Secure customer commitments and close high-value sales deals through strategic negotiation and relationship management.
  • Monitor & follow-up: Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on delivered solutions to ensure ongoing success and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Conduct regular strategic reviews of sales deals and pipeline to ensure progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth.
  • Track and advance high-value sales deals through the pipeline to ensure timely closure and maximize revenue.
  • Continuously seek and implement ways to improve sales processes, performance, and strategic impact.
  • Define and achieve targets for the adoption of new products, driving innovation and market leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Electrical Engineering or a relevant experience in this space
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar field
  • Understanding of the product range (automation, drives) and electrical industry standards.

Skills:

  • Fluency in English and in Turkish
  • Excellent customer oriented mindset
