We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Product Development Manager and people manager to drive product innovation and implementation while ensuring standardization and compliance across a matrix organization. This role requires a strong leader with deep technical expertise in PE extrusion, printing, adhesion, pouch-making, and key markets such as pet food and HPC. The ideal candidate will act as the direct contact for the plant, ensuring alignment on key priorities while fostering collaboration across functions.
Manages large-scale and complex regional/ global research and development activities, operations and projects. Leads a team of professionals to improve, or generate new, products and processes. Establishes and maintains ongoing relationships with the external scientific and partner community.
