Meaningful Work From Day One
This role manages financial strategy, planning, analysis, and reporting for business growth, including financial statements, budgets, and projections. It provides analytical support for decision-making and strategy execution, covering areas like depletions, profitability, resource allocation, and new product launches. Additionally, it co-leads the RGM strategy, supports financial sales issues, and oversees talent management and growth within the finance team.
What You Can Expect
- Analyse business results and recommend strategic initiatives to increase profit growth.
- Interpret and analyze commercial, brand, and operational results and trends.
- Identify opportunities for sales and profit improvement.
- Issue accurate financial forecasts with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Provide qualitative insights on financial performance to the Leadership Team.
- Interpret operating results to support business decisions for revenue growth and cost reduction.
- Lead the budgeting process and provide analytical input for resource allocation.
- Lead business analysis functions and decision support for commercial management.
- Prepare meaningful and actionable reporting, including budget reporting and variance analysis.
- Support marketing teams with analysis of brand performance and A&P spend.
- Prepare forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Marketing departments.
- Ensure correct pricing and discount implementation in coordination with other departments.
- Oversee pricing management, including analytics, approvals, and administration.
- Manage budget planning and monitoring for trade partners in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
- Control SG&A budgets in collaboration with the Leadership team.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance & Accounting or Economy (preferably)
- Minimum 7 years post qualified experience in Controlling / Finance within FMCG sector
- Proven leadership, influencing, and relationship building capabilities across various business disciplines and at all levels of internal and external contacts
- Experience in business planning and financial management
- Fluency in English and Turkish
