Sales Support Specialist
We are strengthening our sales team at our location in Istanbul/Sultanbeyli.
About the role:
As a Sales Support Specialist in our Aftermarket Division, you will play a key role as the link between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will contribute to data-driven decision-making through reporting, digitalization, and automation initiatives while managing customer master data, pricing processes, and commercial agreements. What you can look forward to as Sales Support Specialist:
- Communication link between internal departments, customers, and sales team
- To create monthly sales and claim reports and work on digitalization and automatization of business supportive reports
- Administrate, maintain, and monitor Customer Master Data (Address, Contacts, Prices, Payment/INCO terms etc.)
- To prepare price lists and determining of sales and campaign price lists according to market conditions and stock level and being window person for Regional and Global Pricing team
- To monitor customers’ credit limits, prepare annual agreements and customer bonus calculation
Your profile as Sales Support Specialist:
- University degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales support positions and preferably in the automotive spare parts sector
- Experienced in customer data management in ERP systems (preferably in SAP)
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Fluent language skills in English and Turkish
