Role Overview
The Sales Support Admin will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team, streamlining sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a deep knowledge of the Oracle system, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of the Oracle system to effectively support sales operations and processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts
- Create campaigns in the system as per the requested specifications
- Develop on-demand reports and scorecards to provide valuable insights to the sales team
- Extract field inventory data from various sources and systems
- Provide support and partnership in data management role, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel to analyze and interpret sales data
- Pay exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables
- Leverage a passion for data-driven insights to identify opportunities and drive improvements
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives
- Adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments to meet tight deadlines
- Effectively communicate complex information related to sales operations and processes
- Build and maintain strong and effective business relationships with our stakeholders, managers, and sales field executives
Qualifications
- University degree
- Full proficiency in English & Turkish
- Previous exposure to similar role in an FMCG environment is a plus
- Very good oral and written communication skills, both in English and Turkish
- Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge is mandatory with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Power BI or previous work experience with databases is a plus
- Self-learner, willingness to develop skills according to role requirements
- Ability to drive projects that will improve efficiency and accuracy of the current scope
- Very good analytical skills and numeric abilities
- Results oriented, team player with positive, can do attitude
- Able to manage competing tasks
- Problem solver
