Position Summary
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Bursa. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with dental professionals and clinics, expanding our customer base, and driving sales of Straumann’s premium implant and biomaterials portfolio within your assigned territory.
This position requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a territory independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through effective territory planning and execution
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinics, and key stakeholders in the Bursa region
- Promote and sell Straumann’s implant and biomaterials portfolio
- Conduct product presentations, chairside support, and basic clinical demonstrations
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively grow the customer base
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Clinical Education, and Finance teams
- Participate in regional and national congresses, training sessions, and Straumann Academy events
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide regular feedback
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in related fields)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in dental, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with strong customer orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
- Willingness to travel within the Bursa region and occasionally nationwide
- Fluency in Turkish; English is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license
