You will contribute to our team as a Sales Project Coordinator and assist Key Account Managers in brief entry and follow-up, pricing and customer presentations. You will handle client issues or internal issues (order management, evaluation requests) in the absence of the KAM. You will work with and report to the Sales Director, Turkey.

This is an office-based role and is based in Istanbul, Turkey.

You will:

Project coordination

  • Be knowledgeable of our client portfolio in Turkey and the current projects
  • Request sample, industrial order; search and communicate prices
  • Follow up on samples and dispatch according to the brief
  • Follow up on briefs in collaboration with Key Account Managers
  • Participate in the evaluation of the submissions
  • Keep the project status updated for Turkey in collaboration with the KAM

Client Liaison

  • Be a main contact and back up for KAM in answering questions and requests of our clients
  • Follow up on projects (submission in time, ordering samples)
  • Draw olfactory pyramids for any submissions made to the client
  • Fine-tune presentation in collaboration with the KAM for any presentation or submission

Pricing

  • Partner with KAM to get prices for submissions or for new business
  • Maintain all pricing files according to the portfolio using SAP
  • Be the main contact for prices for the SOM assistant overseas and locally
  • Enter NBO, roll out the form in the system and then update all the files accordingly

You have:

  • University degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment
  • 3 or more years of experience within the fragrance and beauty industry
  • Been exposed to an international environment
  • Hands‑on experience in direct client contact (phone, written, and face‑to‑face)
  • Comfortable handling numerical data and using different PC applications
  • Mastered the skills of dealing with priorities between different tasks
  • Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities
  • Been working with different partners and mastered the skills of adapting to different needs and styles of communication
  • Import-Export, accounting and finance experience
