Sales Manager – Turkiye

Sales Manager will be responsibile for the growth of ADB SAFEGATE business in Turkiye.

You will actively contribute to the objectives of the territory by anticipating customer needs, searching for new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will develop and oversee the major accounts in your territory as lead point of contact.

You will also be ensuring a smooth sales process internally by following-up the technically & commercially clarified orders from the order intake till the expedition, ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will be based in ADB Safegate’s Istanbul office in Sisli. An essential part of your work though is to travel regularly to meet your customers in your sales territory.

This position is only for Turkish Citizens.

  • Achieve sales objectives
  • Develop an effective business network in the airport ecosystem
  • Anticipate customer needs and translate them in tangible sales opportunities.
  • Adopt a key account management approach for customers.
  • Build a realistic opportunity pipeline and convert leads into orders.
  • Create solid business plans to cater for the various business segments
  • Collaborate with the execution teams and supporting business functions to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Understand the competitive landscape and define the winning strategy for project and product business
  • Stimulate the business partners, leading them to work in synergy with our teams for better performance and results
  • Develop long term account strategy to become the technology partner of the airports
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial attitude with drive and creativity to bring continuous and sustainable growth

The talent we want to inspire has…

  • Degree in engineering /technology or in Business Administration
  • 5-10 years successful experience in sales in a B2B environment.
  • Proven expertise in aviation industry and airports ecosystem
  • Proficient in researching, identifying, and cultivating new business opportunities in challenging markets
  • Robust interpersonal skills with capacity to engage with C-level executives and to nurture long term customer relationships
  • Technical and analytical skills, capable of understanding and explaining the high-end solutions developed by ADB Safegate
  • Effective communicator able to convey information clearly in verbal and written correspondence
  • Proficiency in English is a must
