About the role

Your Impact as external sales representative:

  • Seek for understanding of the customer needs for existing and potential customers. Meet the customer requirements.
  • Convert opportunities into new business following a structured roadmap.
  • Focus on customers; connect with the right decision makers in order to build customer relationships, trust and respect.
  • Based on profound market and customer insights, effectively articulate a value proposition vs. competing offerings and technologies leading to a deal closure.
  • Collect data from different sources on own market on customers, vision and strategy of own company business. Integrate these data taking major elements into account.

About You

Essential skills & competences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. In addition, a Master’s degree in commercial engineering, business administration or similar area is preferable, not a must
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Excellent communication towards stakeholders (internally and externally)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Analytical and results oriented with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Able to work in international teams as well as independently, self-motivating/ self-driven
  • Show to have the appropriate insights on technology, products, applications, systems, and tools.
  • Apply a value selling approach.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.
  • Willing to travel (> 50%)
