At Pernod Ricard Türkiye, we are looking for a curious and ambitious Sales Forecasting & Planning MT to join our Shake Your Future Management Trainee Program. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global spirits company, work cross-functionally, and contribute to strategic planning that drives commercial success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
• Maintaining a dynamic 18-month rolling forecast in collaboration with channel managers
• Identifying growth opportunities by customer and region—especially for niche and opportunity SKUs
• Acting as a connector between the sales team and other departments (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Forecasting volume, revenue, and units using commercial insights, historical data, market trends, and pricing strategies
• Building financial volume models to strengthen both short-term (monthly) and long-term (annual & rolling) forecasts
• Supporting revenue planning through opportunity identification and scenario planning
• Contributing to customer communication strategies to unlock growth potential

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent graduate (2024) or a final-year student expected to graduate by June 2025
• Available to work 5 days a week, full-time
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and high attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office tools, with excellent command of Excel
• Open to domestic and international travel
