About this Position

This role is responsible for executing territory sales plans, managing key accounts and distributors, and developing new business opportunities with a value selling approach. You will build and convert a strong project pipeline, conduct market analysis, and align with regional and global teams while ensuring sustainable growth in the North Marmara Region.

What you´ll do

  • Execute Adhesive Technologies territory sales plans and forecasts in line with regional SU plans (short, mid & long term) and tactics to capture customers
  • Coordinating existing sales activities for responsible customer portfolio in North Marmara Region
  • Maximizing strategic targets, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring further grow of the business with value selling approach within the responsible area
  • Handle Direct Key accounts and manage them effectively, ensuring to make accurate forecast, manage supplies and meet monthly collections targets.
  • Document value addition cases with customer and submit application case histories to marketing team
  • Actively identify application opportunities across customer base and convert into ACE pipeline
  • Responsible from managing the relation and commercially/technically development of the distributors within the responsible area
  • Conducting market analysis to understand market trends & dynamics
  • Traveling around Turkey to participate customer meetings and trials in case of business necessities
  • Actively participating in regular alignment meetings with regional and global teams.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Chemistry departments.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within the chemical or Automotive Industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of management.
  • Team-oriented, eager to learn, and adaptable to managing various business-related challenges.
  • A valid driver’s license is required, along with flexibility for travel.
