This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for generating demand for ABB’s ELSP&ELSB products within Data Centers segment, aligned with the broader segment strategy. Your focus will be on achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales and pipeline targets to support sustainable growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within your assigned segment.
The work model for the role is: {onsite}
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Boost sales of products, systems, and services within the segment, emphasizing volume, mix, and profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and align ABB’s offerings with tailored solutions.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and ensure efficient marketing activities and value propositions.
- Prepare and manage sales plans, offers, and proposals and ensures proper business plans are in place and are executed by a market-oriented organization
- Builds relationships with key external influencers/key customers and leverages ABB’s strengths to capture new business opportunities.
- Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area. Drives and ensures knowledge sharing and cross-division and cross-country collaborations.
Qualifications for the role
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering field or related fields.
- 8+ years of related work experience
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in segment sales
- Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling
- Good knowledge of English and Turkish
- Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to encourage customer motivation and thinking.
- Be able to work professionally as well as in a team. Focused on innovation, customer-centricity, and building supportive cultures.
