Epiroc
We are looking for a Sales Engineer (Rock Drilling Tools and Surface Machinery) who is located in Ankara to work as a member of Epiroc Turkey, RGD and SRD Department. The position will be reported to the Epiroc Turkey, Tools Business Line Manager.
General Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the entire sales process, offer the right product to current and potential clients, sell products, follow up on product delivery, invoicing, and collection processes,
- Ensure contractual provisions are fulfilled, make payments within the defined time periods,
- Monitor sales activities of partners assigned to him/her, offer alternative partners, when necessary, support sales activities, when necessary, provide assistance in the management of the inventory,
- Follow up on and when necessary, monitor machines at the site,
- Plan periodic site visits to current, new and key clients, develop relations with customers,
- Determine sales potential on customer basis and develop action plans,
- Plan customer visits and issue activity reports, conduct loss sales analysis,
- Research competitor activity in the area of his/her responsibility, analyse site data in coordination with Epiroc marketing department, perform competitive analysis, keep up with the latest brands and technological developments in the sector and update the line manager accordingly.
- Plan, organize product tests and report results,
- Support the sales activities of other sales departments,
- Give trainings in its field of activity,
- Take an active role in after sales services and provide service support, organize technical product training for customers, customer representatives and operators,
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of engineering,
- Experienced in sales and marketing of investment goods,
- Experience in regional sales management,
- Experienced in management of and relationships with dealers,
- Good command of English
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Willing to work flexible hours,
- No traveling restrictions (domestic and international),
- Must possess a valid Class B driver’s license,
- For male employees, having completed military service,
