You deliver detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insight with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency, consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Develop and maintain a training development calendar based on Capability Check results and global priorities.
- Measure and analyze training satisfaction rates to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and enhance the mentee & mentor program, ensuring ongoing follow-up and updates.
- Lead and continuously improve the onboarding program for the sales team.
- Enhance and effectively utilize Capability Health Check training tools.
- Prepare and maintain Power BI reports for data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with the entire sales team to understand their needs and provide support.
What you will bring

- Relevant experience in IT and sales

- Facilitation skills to demonstrate use and functionality of sales systems
