Saha Teknisyeni / Field Technician

We are looking for a Field Service Technician who is located in İstanbul to work as a member of Epiroc Turkey, Parts and Service Division. The position will be reported to the Epiroc Turkey Service Team Leader.

Responsible for

1. Carrying out the unloading and loading of machines ordered by customers at customs areas from transport vehicles.
2. Performing the initial start-up of the products purchased by the customer, providing necessary training to the customer’s machine operators and maintenance team, and initiating the warranty process.
3. Resolving malfunctions on-site and conducting necessary periodic maintenance within the scope of competence and responsibility.
4. Based on information from the supervisor or self-identified faults, ensuring the fieldwork is carried out with all necessary equipment, and obtaining all required tools and materials before the job.
5. Identifying which spare part or material is causing the malfunction, locating the items from the relevant spare parts list, and reporting the quotation request to the supervisor in a timely manner.
6. Installing the original spare parts provided for maintenance and repair at the machine work sites, performing tests, recording performance values, and delivering the equipment to the customer in a maintained, repaired, and fully operational condition.

Requirements

1. At least a vocational high school graduate; an associate degree (vocational school) is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
3. Strong knowledge in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
4. Possession of Level 4 Machine Maintenance certificate issued by the Vocational Qualifications Authority (non-exempt cases).
5. Having an operator certificate for work trucks, wheeled loaders, and ground drilling machines is a plus.
6. Having operator certificates for forklifts and overhead cranes, and hot work certifications (e.g., oxy-acetylene welding, MIG welding) is an advantage.
7. Intermediate level of English.
8. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
9. Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary.
10. No restrictions for domestic and international travel for technical training.
11. For male candidates, military service must be completed.

İlgili pozisyon Epiroc Türkiye Servis Takım Lideri’ne raporlayacaktır.

Sorumluluklar

1. Müşterilerin sipariş ettiği makinaları gümrük alanlarında nakil araçlarından indirme ve bindirme işlemlerini gerçekleştirmek,

2.Müşterinin satın aldığı ürünlerin ilk çalıştırmalarını gerçekleştirmek(start-up), gerekli eğitimleri müşterinin makina operatörü ve bakım ekibine vererek garanti sürecini başlatmak,

3.Yetkinliği dahilinde, sorumluluk alanındaki ürünlerde oluşan arızaları yerinde gidermek, gerekli olan periyodik bakımları yapmak,

4.Amirinden gelen bilgiler veya kendisinin direk müşterinin arızasının kaynağının tespit edilerek, dış saha çalışma alanına ekipman bakımından eksiksiz gitmek, bu süreci gerçekleştirirken gerekli olabilecek tüm alet ve edevatları iş öncesinde temin etmek

5.Arızanın hangi yedek parça ve malzemeden kaynaklandığını tespit ederek, ilgili yedek parça listesinden malzemeleri bulmak, teklif talebini zamanında amirine bildirmek,

6.Makina çalışma sahalarında bakım ve arızaların giderilmesi için kendisine teslim edilen orjinal yedek parçaların montajını gerçekleştirmek, testlerini yapmak, performans değerlerini kayıt altına almak, ürünlerin müşteriye bakımları yapılmış, sorunları çözülmüş, çalışır vaziyette teslim etmek.

Gereklilikler

1. En az endüstri meslek lisesi mezunu olmak, MYO mezunu olmak tercih sebebidir

2. En az 2 yıl benzer işlerde tecrübesi olmak,

3. Elektrik, mekanik, hidrolik, pnomatik konularında iyi düzeyde bilgi sahibi olmak,

4. Mesleki yeterlilik kurumuna bağlı Makina Bakımcı seviye 4, belgesine sahibi olmak (muafiyet harici),

5. İş kamyonu, lastikli yükleyici ve zemin delgi makinası operatör belgesi bulunması tercih sebebidir,

6. Forklift, tavan vinci operator belgesine, sıcak iş : oksijen, gaz altı kaynak vb belgesine sahip olmak,

7. Orta derecede ingilizce bilmek,

8. Microsoft Office uygulamalarını orta düzeyde kullanmak,

9. Gerektiğinde esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum göstermek,

10. Teknik eğitimler için yurtiçi ve yurtdışı seyahat engeli olmamak,

11. Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış olmak,
