We are growing and looking for a passionate, bold, and driven Utilities Manager

The responsabilities of the Safety Manager will be:

• To identify potential risks, conduct periodic checks, and ensure preventive measures are taken. To identify and address fundamental occupational safety needs in the environment and within the plant.
• To ensure that Bunge Thrace Plant employees and subcontractor employees receive regular environmental and safety training.
• To implement and organize meetings for all occupational safety and health (OSH) related activities, including injury, accident, incident scene investigation, and preventive measures.
• To maintain and update OSH records regularly.
• To participate in and actively attend Bunge European OSH conferences.
• To ensure collaboration with all units and to monitor and revise OSH rules.

What you can bring to the role:

• ISO 45001 HSE management system experience
• Food industry experience preferred
• Experience in technical processes (Technical License)
• Project management experience (deadlines, budget, scope)
• Risk assessment experience
• Expertise in HSE management systems and risk action plans
