Senior FX & Rates Sales professional having strong prior experience in originating, structuring and executing derivatives transactions with Multinational Corporates (MNC) & Local Large Corporates (LLC). In this role, you will leverage off prior experiences and client relationships to lead the origination and structuring effort in Turkey. The role will involve interaction with relevant groups throughout the Bank including Sales, Trading, Credit, Structuring, and Research as the team offers a full range of products to its client base.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and execute FX, Rates and Money Market products with MNC & LLC
  • Interacting with relevant product & sales partners, leveraging the success of the wider DB franchise to provide clients with solutions.
  • Strong focus on originating and expanding standalone derivatives business while strategically leveraging balance sheet linked opportunities to drive additional growth in business
  • Handle day-to-day client queries on all execution and settlement matters e.g. pricing and booking of trades.
  • Closely track and monitor revenue performance against KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • At least 6 years of experience as a Sales person in FX, Rates and Money Market products, covering MNC & LLC in turkey
  • Strong understanding of Turkey and overall dynamics of emerging markets.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment and able to demonstrate the ability to navigate complex organisation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Client-centric approach in solving problem statements and concerns, with a focus on building strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
