Job Description

  • Ensure H&M’s brand quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle – from development to customer experience.
  • Ensure the product fit & making, technical risk assessment, and consumption optimization in the sample stage based on different product sample work flow.
  • Work with proactive approach (risk assessments and action) to secure product quality early, demonstrate problem solving mindset keeping right business deliveries on time.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections at factories or in Centralized Facility Services (CFS), with frequent business travel.
  • Maintain great understanding of customer expectations, which you translate to our suppliers and support creating their quality capabilities.
  • Monitor supplier performance and governance routine follow up.
