This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.
The work model for the role is: {hybrid}
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.
- Oversees supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time), and resolves performance issues.
- Initiates supply orders and customs processes in the system, confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements.
- Conducts all Supply Chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Supports continuous focus on efficiency and reliability improvement. Identifies, proposes and runs optimization initiatives to ensure flawless execution of purchasing process.
- Direct experience from establishment and working in cross-functional teams with a skilled execution focus
Qualifications for the role
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing/ buyer related position
- Direct experience working with SAP (purchasing module)
- Proficient in business English (B2) and Turkish (C1)
- Engaged way of working / ability to adjust to new situations / team work spirit
- Experience of working in Back Office SCM operations
- Experience working in a shared services environment
- Advanced Excel skills and Proficient written and verbal communication skills
