Purchasing Specialist

• Ensure the procurement of required products and services from the most suitable suppliers
• Research alternative suppliers, obtain and evaluate quotations
• Create, approve, and communicate purchase orders to suppliers
• Monitor delivery processes to ensure timely and quality-compliant deliveries
• Manage supplier contracts and conduct price negotiations
• Coordinate with technical teams to procure project-specific special materials
• Oversee the purchase of office-related supplies (kitchen and bathroom essentials, furniture, printers, etc.)
• Handle procurement of employee benefits (i.e. meal card, health insurance, etc)
• Plan and manage procurement, leasing, maintenance, insurance, and other operational needs of the company’s vehicle fleet
• Ensure regular tracking of processes related to the vehicle fleet, office rentals, and office supplies,
• Develop cost reduction and savings strategies
• Coordinate with the accounting department to manage invoicing and payment processes for procurement transactions
• Maintain and archive all procurement-related documents systematically
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual procurement reports to relevant managers
