Job Description
- Support Purchasing Engineers with daily tasks
- Organize and coordinate the Purchasing Teams group
- Provide support for digitalization projects (PUE-X)
- Take responsibility for 5S activities and internal audits
- Follow up on sample processes (ordering, delivery, warehousing, etc.) with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Send out RFQs and prepare COQs
- Maintain purchasing and finance records in SAP
- Support lean management initiatives
- Act as PUE representative in a country-specific TTM project, with a focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD)
Qualifications
- 3rd year undergraduate student, or Master student, preferably in Engineering Departments
- Effective problem solving and time management skills
- Proactive team-member with result-oriented approach
- Excellent command in English
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Minimum 3 full days attendance is mandatory during the academic semesters
