Duties and Responsibilities
- To carry out loading and unloading of customer machine(s) from transportation vehicles at customer sites.
- Within the scope of its competence, to eliminate malfunctions in products operating at customer sites and to carry out the necessary periodic maintenance together with customer personnel,
- Notifying the customer’s service/maintenance/component replacement/machine warranty requests to his/her superior,
- Working in an organized manner with the warranty coordinator, providing all the necessary information within the scope of the machine warranty, and mounting the relevant machine part on the machine. To carry out relevant checks within the scope of safety campaigns, to report the parts included in the campaign to the relevant machines,
- Reporting chronic malfunctions and solutions in machines operating at the customer site to the supervisor,
- Sharing customer machine park working hours with the head office monthly,
- Complaint from customer etc. Reporting the situation to your superior,
- Maintenance, fault solving etc. Actively and regularly use up-to-date programs (Documine, ACIGN, etc.) required to carry out the work,
- Starting the job assigned to it in the electronic work order (MAM), completing the “Work Safety First” tab before the start of the job, recording the daily working hours regularly on the work order, starting the return process to the warehouse if there are unused parts in the job, closing the relevant work order when the job is completed, and informing your superior,
- To identify the root cause and spare parts that cause the machine or machine part to malfunction at customer sites, to find the materials from the relevant spare parts list, to notify the spare part offer request to the superior in a timely manner,
- Applying rigscan/expertise protocol to customer machines and reporting the machine performance to the customer by preparing a technical report, preparing a list of spare parts and forwarding them to the supervisor for control and quotation.
- To carry out the assembly of the original spare parts delivered to the customer workshops for maintenance and troubleshooting, together with the customer personnel, to test them, to record the performance values, to deliver the products to the customer after their maintenance has been done, their problems have been solved, and in working condition.
- To provide regular training to customer personnel on machine maintenance and fault finding.
- To engage in application, area layout and behavior in accordance with the 5S technique applied in customer workshops, and to warn other interacting workshop personnel in case of non-conformities. Reporting additional deficiencies to the customer manager under his/her responsibility.
- To ensure appropriate working conditions in applications that fall within the scope of the hot job definition that must be implemented inside or outside the customer workshop, to fill out the relevant document, record it and notify the supervisor.
- To separate hazardous/non-hazardous wastes that may arise as a result of customer workshop practices, by complying with temporary waste storage rules and by complying with the separation at source policy.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Being at least an industrial vocational high school graduate,
- Having at least 2 years of experience in similar jobs,
- Having good knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics,
- Having a 5S training certificate,
- Having a Machine Maintenance Level 4 certificate from a professional qualification institution (except for exemption),
- Having a work truck, wheel loader and ground drilling machine operator certificate,
- Having a forklift, overhead crane operator certificate, hot work: oxygen, gas welding etc. certificate,
- Knowing English at an intermediate level,
- Using Microsoft Office applications at a moderate level,
- Adapting flexible working hours when necessary,
- No restrictions on domestic and international travel for technical training,
- Having completed military service for male candidates
