Production Merchandising Professionals

As a Production Merchandising Professional at Trendyol, you will build strong supplier partnerships, oversee the onboarding of new vendors, and ensure timely, quality deliveries through regular CPS follow-ups and critical path tracking. You will monitor production processes at factories, manage shipment operations and warehouse coordination, and report post-delivery feedback to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will plan daily inspection schedules with the QC team to secure consistent product quality.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and managing both new and existing vendor relationships,
• Finding and onboarding of new suppliers ,
• Follow-up CPS on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality and quantity,
• Critical path analyzes and meeting with the buying and the planning to take actions for on time delivery.,
• Closely monitoring all the production stages at the factories,
• Responsible for shipment operation and operational staff control in the warehouse. Follow-up the “after delivery” feedbacks from the warehouse and reporting them to the suppliers to improve the processes,
• Make a daily schedule for inspection with the QC team.

Qualities We Are Looking For

• University degree preferably  in Textile Engineering,
• 2-3 years of production merchandising experience in one of the weaving,jersey,denim or knitwear fields,
• Able to communicate with suppliers on-site,
• High level of analytical and customer oriented thinking,
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
• Good command of English,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• This position includes specialist titles/roles.
