1.Process audit system build up
2.Preparing CoAs with packaging compliance checks
3.Monitoring results before Positive Release
4. Performing dimensional mechanical and final controls (Zwick machine tests)
5.Visual inspection (BST, Rubby)
6.Managing internal complaints with RCA methods
7. Tracking and isolating blocked materials
8. Conducting FMEA workshops for risk reduction
9. Performing internal process & product audits
10. Reporting performance indicators to Senior Quality Manager
