The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pricing & Access Solutions Partner to join

our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and

implementing strategic pricing and market access solutions to ensure optimal access to Roche’s

innovative products for patients, while maximizing the value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • You strengthen and identify local strategies to improve “patient alternative funding and

access solutions”, provide integrated views, improve overall process and program

reputation.

  • You work, build and deliver sustainable payment models and reimbursement offers.
  • You are responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that optimize

reimbursement and patient access while ensuring sustainable revenue and market

positioning.

  • You collaborate with Patient Journey Partners(PJPs) and Healthcare Systems

Partners(HSPs) for the private market in order to identify patient alternative funding and

access solutions to improve patient journey (out of pocket scheme, health insurance,

enrollment, adherence, etc.).

  • You develop new patient alternative funding and access solutions and work with Medical

and PJP/HSP to comply with Symphony guidance and code of conduct and all relevant

regulation.

  • You work with the global network to identify best practice in delivering alternative funding

and access solutions for patients who pay out of pocket.

  • You are responsible for selection and oversight of third parties (as a service provider)

for possible financing solutions to ensure they follow Roche code of conduct and all

relevant regulations.

  • You develop operational models such as outsourced team to drive patient alternative

funding and access solutions awareness in key accounts, with clear KPIs, ecosystem

and customer prioritization

  • You collect feedback on implementation of the solutions, including financial solutions

e.g. Health loan and Health Credit card to identify needs for support

  • You develop commercial account based proposals that deliver a triple win, harnessing

the overall Roche portfolio, ensuring increased revenue growth.

  • You find alternative financial resources for specific patient areas from institutions other

than the SSI and the Ministry of Health.

Who You Are

  • You have minimum 4 years of Access and Pricing experience in Healthcare.
  • Previous Regulatory Affairs experience is preferred.
  • You possess deep understanding of health system, processes and governance.
  • You are system thinker, deep listener and have excellent customer engagement skills.
  • You are fluent in English and Turkish.
