Responsibilities
- Conduct technical presentations, demos, and POC processes for Commvault data protection and backup solutions.
- Analyze customer needs, design appropriate solutions, and provide technical support to the sales team.
- Ensure technical communication with vendors and business partners, and manage distributor-related processes.
- Contribute to post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare solution-related documentation and stay up to date with the latest technologies.
- Provide technical enablement sessions for partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in backup, data protection, and storage technologies.
- Preferably certified or knowledgeable in Commvault or similar solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
