What you’ll do

  • Responsible from plan and optimize of regional radio network with the smart network strategies for the best network experience
  • To implement alternative coverage and capacity solutions for both In building and outdoor locations so as to minimize the investment while maximizing the impact on the network’s performance
  • Reviewing, testing and implementing the new products, tools and manage special projects, trials for new technologies
  • Perform 2G/3G/4G site planning and optimization using related tools (5G is a plus)
  • Capacity and congestion management and dimensioning
  • Leading the RF projects, ensure the completion within timelines
  • Analysis of KPIs, Detailed 4G/5G parameter audits, fine tuning and inconsistency checks based on new features and network requirement.
  • Knowledge of Huawei equipments, features and parameters
  • RAN (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) protocols, trace collection and analysis
  • Thorough knowledge on antennas structure, propagation and link budget
  • Big event management experience
  • Provide support to drive test and analysis teams.

Who you are

  • Graduated from Electrical/Electronics/Communication engineering departments
  • 2+ years of mobile technology experience
  • Good command of English
  • Perfect communications and analytical skills
  • Engagement with internal stakeholders in cross-functional organization
  • Expertise in RF planing and optimization, DT measurement and post-processing tools (ex. Atoll, Mapinfo, Tems, Actix, Son Master, M2000, Discovery)
  • Strong database / sql / python skills
  • Has to have Driving License in B Class
