We are looking for a Perfect Store Manager to be responsible for Away from Home, Organized Trade & E-com to join our Demand Accelerator team based in Istanbul and will directly report to Perfect Store Manager (Omni-Channel)

Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and maintenance of Perfect Store programme in Turkey BU by supporting Turkey BU OT/AFH/eCom Perfect Store Manager and commercial teams.
- Accountable for all day-to-day decision making to independently deliver accountabilities.
- Make key decisions on setting the agenda as well as key capability and business / organizational interventions and changes in alignment with Direct Manager
- Work closely with Insights Managers / heads, Channel Strategy Head/Managers & OT/TT KAM /NAM or equivalent.
- Ensure building a healthy relationship with these functions and heads / directors during project set-ups and deliveries.
- Lead granular growth through perfect OT/AFH/eCom execution, powered by advanced data and digital solutions and embedded in our culture
- Govern Perfect Store Target & AOP Delivery with Commercial Teams: Connect our targets to commercial processes and daily operations, ensure tracking set up, review progress and drive course-correct when needed
- Lead commercial teams to advance in insight led commercial action & acceleration planning
- Work up Picture of Success channel targets for sales (HQ&frontline), define monthly executional excellence targets for premium realization of frontline
- Ensure flawless Picture of Success frontline communication & cycle management
- Picture of Success Size of the Prize tracking
- Lead deployment of Precision Execution Framework in OT/AFH/eCom
- Deployment/Tracking of Perfect Store Capability Plans w/ commercial teams
Qualifications
- 3-4 yrs of experience in related area (category development/management, PS , sales, insight, commercial etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect the dots between various data sources to deliver clear outlook scenarios along with implications for the business.
- Proven influencing and perseverance skills to tailor recommendation to the needs of stakeholders and effectively engage them to obtain commitment and drive impact.
- Proven ability to turn the complex into the simple, to cut through and focus on what really matters and tell simple story
- Well evidenced leadership and influencing skills and the ability to influence a complex multi-functional matrix as well as leading a direct team.
- Expertise in perfect store management, sales and / or marketing and the delivery of long-term insight-led strategy and vision through to the POS.
- Excellence written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders via selling stories for a shared mission.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English &Turkish.
