- Payroll and Payment Processes
- Preparing and tracking salaries, premiums, sales commissions, bonuses, and other periodic payments
- Calculating the bonus pool and collecting distribution data from Department Managers (DM)
- Managing ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan) deductions, monitoring bank transactions, and ensuring necessary reconciliations
- Overseeing enrollments, exits, and reconciliations for the Private Pension System (BES)
- Tracking dependents’ (spouse and children) deductions within the group health insurance and handling relevant tax offsets
- Legal Compliance and Related Notifications
- Preparing and submitting Muhtasar (withholding tax) and Social Security (SGK) declarations to the tax office, and following up on all necessary procedures
- Handling new hires and terminations in compliance with legal requirements and entering all data into the LOGO system
- Overseeing the approval of sick leave reports for employees and managing İŞKUR (Employment Agency) notifications
- Department & Systems Management
- Conducting accrual checks in LOGO and EXPO systems for each office/department
- Preparing Head Count lists by department
- Monitoring travel/expense responsibilities for relevant regions in the CONCUR system
- Administrative Affairs & Operational Support
- Tracking and managing office needs (procurement, maintenance, etc.)
- Preparing the necessary cover letters and documents for international visa applications
- Completing PAF (Personnel Activity Form, etc.) checks and reporting the results
- Allocating severance provisions and calculating release (ibraname) amounts
- Reporting and Reconciliation
- Preparing regular reports to be shared with management and relevant departments
- Managing all reconciliation processes (bank, tax, SGK, departmental, etc.) related to monthly and periodic payments and deductions
Nitelikler
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll, tax declarations, and social security procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of LOGO/EXPO/CONCUR is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills; results-focused
- Excellent communication skills, team player; solid understanding of labor laws and relevant regulations
- English proficiency
