Part Time Working Student (Learning & Growth)

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Part Time Working Student to join our People & Organization (HR) / Learning & Growth Team at the Kartal Headquarters Office. In this role, you will support the Learning Partner in coordinating training activities and ensuring a seamless learning experience for our participants.

What part will you play?

• Support the Learning Partner in organizing and coordinating training activities
• Collaborate with the Global Learning Admin Team to ensure smooth execution of learning programs
• Conduct market research to identify potential training providers and innovative learning solutions
• Assist in establishing initial contact and communication with external training vendors
• Support the analysis of training needs and contribute to the design of learning interventions
• Handle operational tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
• Help monitor and report on training effectiveness and participant feedback

What you need to make real what matters:

• 3rd year undergraduate or 1st year master’s student in a related field
• Availability to work 2,5–3 days/week in Kartal
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Flexible, proactive, and a good team player
• Open-minded and highly collaborative
