WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service; Supply Chain experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Full ownership of the end-to-end Order to Cash process, from customer order receipt to payment.
  • Act as the main contact person for customers.
  • Process all types of customer orders and send order confirmations.
  • Manage order backlog and proactively monitor order status.
  • Keep customers regularly informed about order and shipment updates.
  • Prepare and organize necessary licenses and registration documents for order release.
  • Track transport phases via system and local carrier agencies; update customers accordingly.
  • Follow up on documentation and manage corrections if needed.
  • Post documents to customers or banks according to payment terms.
  • Handle Non-Conformance Management (NCM) in coordination with Sales Departments.
  • Maintain regular communication with Sales Departments.
  • File all relevant documentation properly.
  • Ensure compliance with BASF guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain a customer-focused business environment while protecting BASF’s interests.
  • Safeguard confidential information from unauthorized access.
  • Actively represent BASF’s strategic and operational interests.
  • Promote BASF’s corporate values and principles.
  • Contribute to the long-term competitiveness of BASF.
  • Participate actively in Monthly Sales Management Meetings.
