What you’ll do

  • To provide strategic leadership to Turkey MSA-Sharing-Lease&Rental operation.
  • Shape and execute the MSA-Sharing-Lease&Rental department’s strategy.
  • Budget Management for Lease&Rental Operation, Setting/Following Operational and Financial Targets for Turkey organization.
  • Leading the process of Payment and Cash Management, Contract and Landlord Management/ Chain Contracts management, Invoice Management.
  • Lead the Identification of Special Projects for Target Realizations.
  • Leading end-to-end management of 3rd party resources for Turkey operation.
  • Determination of MSA-Sharing-Lease&Rental Standards (Procedure/Strategy/Fraud etc.).
  • Responsible to manage and control Local Investment Obligation Process end to end considering that the terms determined by ICTA.
  • To lead the site sharing process & directing the workflow in Vodafone internal & with other mobile operators/Tower Cos.
  • To speed up the process for best site sharing practices (consolidation projects) that will create CAPEX avoidance&OPEX savings.
  • To provide correct reporting at Vodafone internal distribution list & VF group.
  • Accountable for sharing related issues with BTK regulations and other state units.
  • Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
  • Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
  • Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
  • Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
  • Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
  • Protect user accounts and associated passwords , and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
  • Ensure that VFTR BCM policy /standard ,procedures ,plans implemented and works carried out in compliance with BS 25999 -2:2007 Standard
  • Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
  • Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR

Who you are

  • Graduate from Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering
  • Min. 10 years telecommunications experience
  • Min. 5 years telecommunication or GSM network operation management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task
  • Good stakeholder’s management
  • Strong performance & customer orientation
  • Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results/change
  • Great Team Leadership and management to build high performing teams
  • Execution and results oriented.
  • Budget management/execution experience
  • Excellent English skills
  • Resident in İstanbul
