As a Mini Bar Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, restocking, and auditing minibars across our rooms and suites, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and indulgent in-room experience.

Reporting Line: FD Supervisor/Director of F&D

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Replenish in-room minibars daily using Hilton’s inventory and billing systems
• Verify stock levels and product expiration dates, ensuring quality and compliance
• Maintain accurate records and process guest charges in a timely, precise manner
• Ensure all refreshment centers are clean, organized, and fully operational
• Assist with receiving and storing minibar stock and maintaining the service cart
• Navigate guest floors efficiently, delivering minibar service discreetly and professionally
• Respond to guest requests with courtesy and promptness
• Support the Food & Drink and Housekeeping teams as needed to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction

WHO YOU ARE:

• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
• Reliable and self-motivated, capable of working independently
• Professional in appearance and confident in delivering behind-the-scenes excellence
• Strong communicator with a friendly, guest-focused attitude
• Comfortable in a luxury, fast-paced hospitality environment
• Fluent in Turkish; working knowledge of English is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel minibar services or housekeeping/F&B operations
• Familiarity with inventory software or minibar systems
