Main Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Campaign & annual planning per campaign and category, setting strategy development and execution. Analyse campaigns and deliver post-campaign reports. Will closely track campaign execution process and take necessary actions when required.
  • Reporting and optimization

1) Provide prompt campaign insights that will allow the team to optimize campaigns on-the-go, as well as drive the development of future campaigns.

2) Communicate relevant top level online performance, learning and insights to the wider team on an ongoing basis.

3) Report on the commercial success of campaigns by measuring Return on Investment, considering all relevant mediums.

4) Providing meaningful global benchmarks to further develop campaigns

5) Performing A/B tests on messages, creatives, scheduling, targeting, triggers and landing pages.

  • Trend Reports – be able to spot trends, understand why its happening, and how it might affect the business.

Person specification/core competencies

Experience and Education

  • 8-10 years of experience in media and/or related mediums. Deep-knowledge and experience in digital marketing is and advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Maths, Statistics, Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge in media mediums
  • Highly analytical thinking and ability to consistently hit goals
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, media guidelines and principles, media formats and software
  • Knowledge of media advertising planning and buying principles
  • Having advanced knowledge different media platforms and dashboards

  • High proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) data analysis tools
  • Good communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Fluency in English
