Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing, Partnerships & Retreat Development Manager.

This role combines brand storytelling, partnership development, retreat and event organization, and the sale of retreats and events. The successful candidate will help grow the network while ensuring that all communications and collaborations reflect the company’s well-being philosophy and values.

The position requires someone strategic, entrepreneurial, and deeply aligned with the world of well-being, personal growth, and meaningful travel.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Communication

  • Develop and implement the marketing and communication strategy.
  • Shape and maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with well-being, reflection, and cultural depth.
  • Create compelling narratives around retreats, well-being practices, philosophy, and heritage landscapes.
  • Oversee digital and promotional materials, including website content, newsletters, and campaign messaging.

Digital Marketing & Community Building

  • Manage digital platforms, including website, newsletters, and social media.
  • Develop content that builds a global well-being community around the company.
  • Promote retreats and events through targeted marketing campaigns and curated networks.
  • Track marketing performance and optimize outreach strategies.

Partnerships & Strategic Collaborations

  • Develop partnerships with third-party organizations aligned with well-being and conscious travel.

Potential partners may include:

  • wellness platforms and retreat networks
  • boutique hotels and hospitality partners
  • cultural and educational institutions
  • luxury travel agencies
  • facilitators, teachers, and thought leaders in well-being and personal development
  • professional networks and social clubs

 

Responsibilities include:

  • establishing strategic alliances and collaborative programs
  • creating co-marketing initiatives and joint events
  • expanding the global partner ecosystem of the company.

Retreat and Event Development & Organization

  • Support the design and organization of well-being retreats and events from concept to delivery.
  • Coordinate retreat logistics with venues, facilitators, and local partners.
  • Contribute to developing retreat programs that integrate well-being practices, cultural wisdom, and meaningful experiences.
  • Ensure retreats are delivered with high standards of care, attention, and participant experience.

Retreat Promotion & Sales

  • Promote retreats and manage participant inquiries and registrations.
  • Communicate directly with prospective guests, providing guidance on retreat experiences and programs.
  • Build relationships with aligned communities and networks to attract participants.
  • Track retreat registrations and contribute to achieving participation targets.
  • Help cultivate a community of returning participants and brand ambassadors.

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 5-6+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, hospitality, retreat management, or wellness industries.
  • Background in well-being, retreat organizations, experiential travel, or conscious hospitality is highly valued.

 

Skills

  • Strong storytelling and communication ability.
  • Digital marketing and audience growth experience.
  • Partnership development and relationship building.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
