This Position reports to:

Local Division Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to propose and implement communication plans. Each day, you will implement assigned marketing communications activities through all available communications tools according to group guidelines, directives, and messages, within the approved budget. You will also showcase your expertise by generating leads via advertising, sponsorship, and other promotional activities, using the internet as a hub for integrated marketing communications.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Design and implement integrated marketing and communication campaigns tailored to local customer needs, market dynamics, and stakeholder expectations. Ensure alignment with global/regional strategies while creating measurable impact at the country level.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and global marcom to activate product launches, deliver promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Create and distribute high-quality content that appeals to our target audiences. This includes developing content for press releases, articles, customer stories, etc.
  • Manage and optimize local digital channels and social media platforms to ensure consistent brand presence and audience engagement. Plan, coordinate, and execute customer-facing events and industry fairs.
  • Create and deliver thought leadership communications to position the local leaders and experts according to the communications strategy.
  • Deliver internal communications that build engagement and support company culture.
  • Monitor and report on local marketing KPIs, campaign results, and market insights.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with global communication guidelines.
  • Act as the main contact for external agencies, partners, and suppliers in the country.

Qualifications for the role

  • Solid understanding of B2B/industrial marketing and communications.
  • Direct experience in campaign management, events, content creation, and digital channels.
  • Proficient project management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in communication, editing, and presentation, both in the Turkish and English.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to adapt technical information into compelling local messaging.
  • Collaborative individual, able to collaborate across functions and with regional/global colleagues.
  • Dedicated, self-driven, and resourceful — comfortable working without direct reports.
