Marketing Associate

A Marketing Trainee / Associate profile should showcase a mix of creativity, organization, and analytical skills. Here are key aspects that would make an ideal candidate:

1. Skills & Competencies

• Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of online, off-line marketing and branding strategies.
• Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication for creating marketing materials, emails etc
• Social Media Management – Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
• SEO & Analytics – Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance tracking.
• Content Creation and Polishment– Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
• Project Coordination – Ability to support and influance multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with different teams. (when required)
• Administrative Stuffs – Localization and validation of global asset. Operationally required updated to be done in official Web sites, printed documents etc.
• Event Organization Support- Product lunch events, Kick-off meetings, Trade shows, exhibitions etc operational coordination in a close coordination with related parties.

2. Education & Background

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering or related field (Not always required, but helpful).•Internships or experience in marketing, content creation, or social media would be good to have.••

Creative & Innovative – Thinks outside the box for marketing strategies

Detail-Oriented – Ensures accuracy in marketing materials and reports.
